Kuwait provides Early Childhood Education (ECE) for children aged 4 to 6, focusing on holistic development, including physical, emotional, and intellectual growth. The government supports various initiatives to enhance early learning experiences, emphasizing play-based learning and social interaction. Despite these efforts, approximately 16% of pre-primary age children are not enrolled in any educational program. Barriers to enrollment include limited availability of ECE facilities and socio-economic factors that prevent access for some families. Current efforts aim to expand coverage, improve the quality of ECE services, and enhance teacher training and curriculum development to increase participation
